Privacy notice

This notice explains the information used to operate checkout and orders, retain privacy-safe campaign reporting, and measure site activity with Google Analytics and Meta when measurement is enabled for your location or by your choice.

Who this covers

This notice covers the Paladin Precision website and storefront.

Essential operations

Checkout, payment verification, fraud prevention, order processing, and fulfillment operate whether site measurement is on or off.

We also retain sanitized first- and last-touch campaign fields—such as source, campaign, ad, placement, landing path, and non-sensitive referrer host—to reconcile orders and understand campaign journeys. Those fields are kept separate from Meta matching identifiers.

Optional site measurement

For visitors identified as being in the United States, Google Analytics and Meta measurement may operate by default unless they have already turned measurement off or their browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. United States visitors can turn both off at any time through the Privacy choices control or the Do not sell or share link. For visitors elsewhere, or when we cannot determine the country, both stay off until they allow them.

When measurement is on, Google Analytics may receive page views and selected shopping activity, such as adding a tip to the bag, starting checkout, a confirmed purchase, or a wholesale inquiry, along with page and browser information. We do not load Google Analytics while measurement is off.

When measurement is on, Meta may receive event and product information, the page path where an event occurred, browser and network context, Meta browser or click identifiers, and—after a confirmed payment—normalized hashed contact or visitor identifiers used for matching and deduplication. A successful payment is determined by Stripe, not by a return-page visit.

Your choices

You can turn off Google Analytics and Meta measurement together through the Privacy choices control on this site. That choice stops future measurement in this browser; it does not undo information already sent. We also clear first-party Google Analytics cookies and locally retained Meta matching information. You can revisit your choice there. Turning measurement off does not disable checkout, payment, or order processing.

A qualifying Global Privacy Control signal overrides a stored grant and turns both services off.

Retention and scrubbing

Meta matching signals are retained only for the bounded event-delivery and retry purpose and are scrubbed after successful provider acknowledgement. Sanitized campaign reporting fields are retained separately for reconciliation and operational reporting.

Privacy requests

To contact Paladin Precision about this notice or a privacy request, use the existing Wholesale inquiry control in the site footer and begin the message with Privacy request.

Site measurement

Review or change whether Google Analytics measures visits and purchases and Meta receives activity for ad measurement. Checkout, payment, and order processing continue either way.
