Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Shipping is free to all 50 United States.
• Production and processing takes 1 to 4 business days.
• Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days after processing.
• Online orders currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States.

Returns

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products. Customers are responsible for return postage.

A product must be unused and unaltered to qualify. A cue tip that has been installed, shaped, chalked, played, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return.

Exchanges are not accepted. There is no restocking fee for an eligible return.

Before sending a return, email [email protected] with your order number to receive return instructions. A refund is processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and confirmed eligible.
